Anisclo canyon and col

A tough day. 1000m ascent 2000m descent. It went up a bit, down a lot, up a lot, down even more. All steep and hard concentration as well as physical. Magnificent scenery and weather though - main pic attempt to give a feel of the scale. Extras of the Anisclo canyon top end and mountain avens flowers a welcome distraction on the long descent. Refugio a welcome stop.
