Good Pilates session - M&C called in on way home from their weekend in Hull - mentioned they were going to farm shop - would I like to go - being a person who doesn’t like to refuse an invitation of a trip out accepted - also called into nearby Tesco - other supermarkets available - espied sunflowers in plants for sale rack outside the store - so just poked camera at one of them - the one and only shot taken today
