Lake Iso-Melkutin

Today we went around the route of Iso-Melkutin lake. It was really pretty area and the water was crystal clear. Nice sunny day.

It was a bit hard for Buddha when the temperatures rose to over 20°C and the sun was shining. He was able to drink the lake water all the time and there were shades from the trees. Still it's clear he is a senior dog and can't do the long walks as he used to. This was only 7km in total.

We expected a bit more from this place. The wow effect. We didn't get it. We have just as beautiful areas around here where we live. So it was equally beautiful. I can imagine that for someone living in a city it would be oasis.
