Survivor
Was out for walk this afternoon on Addington Hills, an area that's a mixture of woodland and heathland in Croydon. London's largest area of heathland is here at Addington Hills.
There's a viewpoint from where you can see The Shard, Canary Wharf, The Gherkin, the Wembly arch and Heathrow. That was going to be today's blip but sadly my camera and I didn't do a good enough job :(
So here instead is a remarkable survivor - after the grass had been thoroughly trampled through by a pair of German shepherds, this dandelion clock was still standing. Amazing, considering how fragile they are!
