Wigglers in the web

A fresh dog walk this morning so added a bit of distance as the forecast was for rain later in the day.

Quick market shop. Readeasy student online after lunch.

Some plants arrived in the post so was eager to get them planted on their road to getting well-established.  Got bitten to bits in the process.

Spotted these caterpillars in a web on the hawthorn.  I've no clue what they might turn into.

Also spotted two ladybirds and I believe a comma butterfly this morning in our garden and a red admiral on our morning dog walk.  

A juvenile fox also appeared just outside the back door eating scraps for the birds.

Now putting my feet up.
