Helipark

Turweston airfield is a couple of miles from Silverstone and is used as a helicopter park as Silverstone haven't had sufficient parking for all the visiting helicopters for a number of years now. They drop off their passengers and park up for a few hours before joining the queue to go back and pick them up to take them home. It gets a bit busy at times. There was just shy of 40 helicopters parked up. I think the cafe at the airfield got some good trade.
