Long hot Saturday....at last!

not in bed til 1am on Friday but felt as fresh as a daisy on Saturday. up at 8am, and with Pete being at mums i had a silent breakfast!

went to collect him, and then we're off for a walk before it gets too hot. the grass is getting long now, on the way to the wood and Pete love to leap through it. didn't see many folks as we wandered up through the wood and then back down. a glorious morning.

home, and then out for an hour or so to get my shopping, and back to do a few jobs before lunch at mums.

in the afternoon, I'm afriad to say i did very little. i sat in the sunshine looking through some old DVD's of my dads, on my laptop. then a bit later i cooked a 'healthy' chicken curry, which was delish!

this is what lazy long hot Saturdays are all about.
