Celebrating 51 years

Second day of (almost) complete rest for Arth, but we did go out this afternoon to help celebrate Peter and Jenny's 51st wedding anniversary. A year ago we went to the Sage with them for West Side Story to celebrate the big 50.

It was sunny and nearly warm enough to sit outside in their garden. It is very beautiful there with cool blue/purple colours of bluebells, forget-me-nots and alliums in profusion.

Back home to welcome phone calls from two different family members and a good catch up on the news.
