Happy Birthday Adam!
Another day, another cake, another birthday!
Adam turns 17 this week so I threw together a quick cake with bits and pieces left over from the Kit Kat cake from the weekend, the thin layers of madeira sponge collapsed with the weight of the white chocolate but boy oh boy did it taste yummy :)
