What’s that doing here?

No, I’m not in the Scottish Highlands! My neighbour over the other side of Megalong Road asked for some veterinary assistance today - I couldn’t help but notice this oddity as I drove up his driveway.
It would be as well adapted to the Australian summer as a Brahman to the Scottish winter but rather than give an honest opinion, I just agreed with him that it’s very interesting and looks lovely.
