Excite

Or, rather, expensive. My friend has just bought a new e-bike. It’s German and well made. It’s probably top of the range when it comes to e-bikes. I looked up the cost: over £5K. There are discounts to be had but she has lots of extras on it like waterproof pannier bags etc. And that lock is sturdy and needs to be. I was invited to give it a go but it’s too small for me and the pedals seemed to be set too far back. I didn’t fancy crashing it for her. The last time I bought a new bike (about 1997) it was a couple of hundred pounds. Not sure I’ll be getting one any time soon.
