FIRST WATER LILY OF THE YEAR

I have a super busy day ahead, on the first
of many hot days; but, this WATER LILY
finally bloomed. I paused my TO DO LIST,
to capture it before the sun makes it too hot.

I have had this Water Lily for several years
& was worried it might not bloom this year.
The good news is, it was just delayed, but the party has started. The gold fish must be very happy to see it.

Angus & I walked early & followed the shade. I am now off to water my flowers before the scorching heat arrives.
