Birthday Flowers

Friend C and I admired the water lilies as we swam round the island at High Dam Tarn while the rest of the Tuesday crowd left us to it and wandered off on a long walk. I try to have a swim on my birthday and was delighted that  C , who is not a wild swimmer, agreed to accompany me . I suspect the last time she swam in Cumbria was when I persuaded her to swim in Beacon Tarn in 2021.  Thanks C.  Then lunch in Cafe Ambio at the Motor Museum. A good day out. Selfie in extras
