Cloudy swim

Cloudy sky for this evening’s sunset swim. Felt pretty miserable most of the day and did not sleep well after yesterday double whammy of shocking news.

Pulled myself together by mid afternoon to bash out about 4 hours of work calls and emails.

Grateful I have lovely friends but fear I’ve become a whiny one. I will try harder to be positive.
