None taken today so here is a picture of M’s kettle that we bought her for her birthday.

Appointment at St.Georges’s today and we didn’t know what to expect and were disappointed that it wasn’t with the main man but his side kick instead.  We had met him once before and didn’t get a great vibe.  However he was better today but shocked us with the suggestion of surgery NEXT WEEK.  Lots of chat about risk versus reward and our heads are spinning with lots to think about.

Call from MIL on the way home who had broken her mobile phone - I was very short and said she had a land line and would have to deal with it.  She doesn’t go anywhere - why does she need a mobile!!!

I’m not normally short but in the current circumstances I don’t  have the energy for it.
