Kefir

Forgot to take any photos on my walk today with B. Too busy catching up on all our news, as she had been away at her daughters. So, you have a last minute blip of a kefir culture, which I  started yesterday with some kefir grains. Already it has doubled in size, so I shall drain it off daily, add fresh milk to the grains, increasing the yield, and hopefully produce successful batches of healthy yogurt drinks *
