Mysterious Keyring

This keyring, with a photograph of Jonty on one side and a rather lovely inscription on the other, arrived today. It would appear to have come from the United States of America as the area code, of the telephone number, is Las Vegas, NV.
I have asked my sister in law in Chicago if it was her that sent it, I've also asked 'Dozer' (William Brakefield), my Brother Biker in Oklahoma City, but neither of them ordered it.
I'm going to contact the company in an attempt to find out who it was so I can thank them.
The company that makes these is called PawfectHouse.
