Get Goan, mate

This old recipe is called a Goan Curry, but it's probably as unGoan as possible. MrJ and I don't go for the hot spicy foods, so I cool the spices down,  and with a bit of rice and bok chop it's not too bad, although probably an insult to the real thing.
