The view from New Craigs Hospital

There must be worse views than this from NHS hospitals. (These are just private houses, by the way.) They even have one of these signs to tell you what you are looking at. I see my consultant psychiatrist there. I’m much more depressed this week and she came up with an interesting theory that depression can be due to loss. I’d never heard this before and on this occasion it makes sense. She also thinks I should get some kind of alcohol counselling. She is a smart cookie. I think I will.
