Hummingbird Hawk Moth

Running a day late! A rather terrible photo of something very exciting - a hummingbird hawk moth!  I have of course gone for the out of focus soft  romantic image as the moth hurtled around like a mad thing pottered around. I've only encountered one before and that was in the polytunnel - they don't half flit around.

The buddleia is very straight for Wide Wednesday.

The other excitement - another interview, that's three in a week. This time over the phone with a very pleasant woman for Irish Country Living who had done her homework.
