Small Country House ......

..... in Teasses Estate.   

My first visit to this lovely estate although it is really not far from Elie. The house is still a family home and is not open to the public but the extensive woodland, formal gardens and cafe are open on Thursdays.

The delphiniums were still looking quite magnificent and there are profusions of Giant Bellflowers but the delicate colours didn't show up too well in my photos.
