TEA AND SCONES ANYONE?

Another busy day because Tony’s sister and husband popped in on the way from The Isle of White on the way to Church Stretton. They got on an earlier ferry arriving at our place for 1.30pm. They’ve been staying in a caravan on the Isle of White for two weeks, the weather was mixed but they still managed to go for long walks. I made some scones and a lemon cake, Tony put a candle in the cake for a joke because it’s Steve’s birthday in a few days time. They’ve gone home now so we can relax and enjoy some telly.
