Not so Smart Hub

Our new ‘Smart Hub 2’ arrived this morning so I thought a quick change out with the existing and loads more to do today . . .
 
My WiFi and Ethernet sits behind a tp-link AC2300 running as a fire wall and access point.  It would NOT talk with the ‘Smart Hub 2’, or more to the point visa versa  – it was happy with the ‘Smart Hub (1)’.  I wound up spending the day reconfiguring the ethernet, then finally returning the AC2300 to ‘factory settings’ and starting again.
 
At least we are now ready for the ‘Full Fibre’ when it comes.
