The Hat Lady

C, it seems, always has a pair of knitting needles in hand and last year sent off over 500 hats to schools, shelters and community outreach organizations. One of them, a program associated with Knitting for Peace, contacted her wanting to feature her efforts in a monthly newsletter and asked for a photo.

My daughter took this pic of me taking a pic of the Divine Ms. Connie and some of the hats that will get sent out next week. The adventure continues and, to quote a line from a favorite movie (My Cousin Vinny) ... "she's cute too - huh?"
