Snapdragon

Looking at the flowers of snapdragon you can see how the shape replicates the shape of the voice box. Snapdragon flower essence works on the throat and voice box, releasing jaw tension and enabling us to speak our truths.

Speaking your truth can be difficult for many reasons - fear of ridicule, fear of conflict, fear of being misunderstood. Fear of being seen for all you truly are is sometimes the greatest fear of all. Snapdragon flower essence makes it easier to speak out fearlessly.

This morning's yoga class focused on the throat chakra and we did some lovely buzzy busy bee humming. So it's no wonder I had to answer the call of snapdragon and blip it today. This blip is dedicated to those who have the courage of their convictions and are not afraid to stand in their truth.
