An interesting experiment

The three pods on the right of this tray were planted with 6 (fairly expensive) seeds of sweetcorn. The three on the left were planted with 6 kernals from a packet of popcorn that have been in my cupboard for at least 3 years.
I probably wont bother buying any more seeds!
I shall keep an eye on them as they grow to check that the yield is the same but I'm assuming it will be. Wouldn't it be funny if they grew ready made popcorn :)
