Making the most of the harvest

We have a neglected rhubarb plant which had suffered badly in the hot weather, but lo and behold it’s now put out some fresh growth. I managed to harvest a magnificent 100g!! So with a punnet of strawberries and a tiny handful of blackcurrants from our new cuttings I have made a small amount of jam. Now to start on the scones.
