Back home at 23:40, minus one suitcase and plus one cold. I was met at the luggage carousel by a member of the airport staff who apologised that my suitcase never made it to Kansai Airport. I filled out a few forms and was assured that it will delivered to my home on Sunday.

Apart from the lost luggage, it was a lovely trip home. After eating my in-flight meal I thought I would try and get a couple of hours' sleep. I was surprised to discover, upon waking, that I had slept nine hours and there was only two more hours of flight time left. Bonus! The only problem was, I had a runny nose, dry throat and sneezing. And I was not the only one, judging from all the coughs and sneezes all around me on the plane. So, medicine when I got home and a plan for a quiet day tomorrow to recover.
