I'm Still Standing

Here's Duncan SUP-ing (Stand Up Paddling) at Belhaven this afternoon. It's the fIrst time the children have had a go on the huge paddleboard and they got it right away! With Katie tagged on, Duncan was doing seriously well here.

This was the last day of my holiday and we really made the most of it. Poor Malcolm was exhausted after not much sleep at Scouts camping last night, but Duncan somehow found reserves of energy to paddle around. What a great day :)
