Henry III Act 1

Our third Henry arrived today and was put immediately to work.

I used to be a Miele fan when it came to vacuum cleaners.  We'd had one for decades but when it died the subsequent Miele proved to be unreliable - probably more an issue with modern cheap manufacturing processes than the brand as such.

Anyway it was about that time that we acquired our first Henry - a delight of simple, pragmatic, 'it just works' design.

Then when we gave up on the useless inherited Dyson in the cottage we got another Henry, and having admitted to ourselves that we both prefer to lug the Henry up and down stairs rather than use the repaired Miele upstairs, we now have a third.

At least this way all the multifarious attachments fit any of the machines.
