Bird of Paradise

I have back blipped entries for the last few days. While our friends D & J were staying with us I was able to take photos but didn't have the time to post them. My favourite from their visit is here.

We have a number of Birds of Paradise growing in the village and they cheer me every time I see them. I was also cheered to see this morning that some community-spirited person had removed the offending supermarket trolley I spotted yesterday.
