Back says no

So dressed for parkrun.. went to.pick socks up and pop back went. A rather loud ouch!!! and couldn't move without help..The pain is very real.. N helped me hand climb the wall to get up. Found the only person I could see Chiropractor, Osteopaths nothing available. Never have been sure of the difference is this professions, overlapping..

It seems I wont be at work.this week because of the hour and half drive.. Hope work dont think im on a jolly!! and interview Wednesday.

Our daughter loves the sea this was  a very.windswept East Preston Beach and 2 very brave kite surfer and windsurfer.
