St Ethelburga’s Well Lyminge Kent

Delivered quilts for Liz to take to Lullingstone as covid stopped me going. Still managed a wander around the churchyard ( St Ethelburga). This spring bears her name. She was the widow of the King of Northumbria and daughter of the King of Kent. She founded a nunnery here and elements that ancient church survive.
