Ainslie Park

The Spartans F.C., played their first official game as the Scottish League's newest member,  taking on Dundee United in a group stage match in the League Cup. It wasn't a brilliant match but The Spartans grabbed the victory with an early goal proving the difference.

Promotion for the Spartans mean Edinburgh now has four league teams within the city boundaries.
