Cool Lunch on a Hot Day

Although "out of season" a chilled melon is irresistible on a hot and humid afternoon. The star and colour inside looked inviting.
The sticker on the rind says it came up here from Honduras. Not as tender as locally grown melons, but that would not be until late summer.
