Windy

As forecast, a cool and very windy day. Max 17C (62F), wind gusts to 71kph (44mph). Rather be here than in Southern Europe!

Didn't really feel like it, but felt we should get some fresh air. Put on a long sleeve top, anorak, cap and neck scarf and had an exhilarating walked along a blowy cliff-top down to the pier and up to the Nici.

Beach and beach eateries pretty empty. Just a few hardy souls around. Though as the sun appeared , a few more emerged.

Had a drink on the terrace, before getting the bus back. Returned just as the ladies singles' final finished.

Almost 10pm and wind dying down a little. .
