Fit up

Blipping late as we're just back from the theatre - actually a rather breezy and flappy though stylish tent in a field in Ballydehob! Fitting as the short play was called In the Middle of the Field and was based on a short story by Mary Lavin, which I had read and much enjoyed, and performed in the style of the old Fit-Up theatres which travelled from village to town. Three actors, some boots, 60 people in the audience and a stylized performance. I enjoyed it, Himself was not so keen.
Ballydehob was looking good in the evening light - the extras is the 12 Arched Bridge, which once took a very teeny train.
