Location, Location, Location

Polo by the Sea was definitely the location to be on Saturday. Amy from REA (who was fresh back from her Mexican honeymoon) hosted Simon and Katie from the RNA to the Realestate.com.au's marquee at the Polo, to watch Melbourne take on the Gold Coast at Doug Jennings Park at the Spit.

An eventful day to say the least filled with some impressive horse riding, enthusiastic divot stomping, great food and a broken finger.

Yes, Simon managed to break his pinky in the foot race for a carton of beer on the field between matches. A very close finish resulted in Simon arriving first to the box and after reaching for the prize someone attempted to kick it out of his hands, clipping his finger in the process... yet he remained victorious.

The afternoon was topped off with a quite a spectacle; the sky lit up as the sun set over the Gold Coast broadwater behind the hinterland.
