spikes

Today was another beautiful day. Mike and I went for a drive to Toad lake, we picnicked on the beach, and this is the picture I chose. Not sure why but I liked the old spikes that once had a very important job. I saw this in the old part of Bellingham so I imagine it's 100 years old.
