End of the hols….

Shattered this morning after our week away and day of travel yesterday. It wasn’t a long flight, only around 2.5 hours with the same agin drive from Newcastle.

I did however pop into the cricket club with H for a couple of pints.

MrsT at a new run club this morning. I need to do something too after a weeks all inclusive.

Feeling it and looking it for sure.

Took H a nice morning walk and passed through the junior Parkrun route.

MrsT and I will do a longer walk this afternoon whilst L back at gym.
