Little gardeners II

Apparently there's something about sand (and soil) and water that is irresistible to children. They loved adding water to their "farm" and scooping out the dirt. They watched in fascination how the water disappeared into the soil, then OO ran inside to get some more. It looked like such seriously hard work.

I later discovered, after the kids essentially destroyed that area, was that it really was meant for planting and there was another designated digging area...
