Sweet Potato

My sweet potato, or as I like to call it camote, finally sprouted. This sweet potato is red skinned and its leaves multiply from a single sprout. The other year I planted a white sweet potato and its leaves grew out on a vine. Since I'm growing beans and peas, I decided not to plant the vining variety.
