Vietnamese Victory

Had a go at another Vietnamese dish tonight - Banh Xeo (pork and prawn coconut crepes with dipping sauce). They didn't end up looking like the picture in the book as they're supposed to be folded into quarters (mixture too thick maybe?) but they tasted magnificent!!

I'll take it as a win anyway.
