Yumm

A lovely treat!

Our Sunday started with our usual game of UNO in Costa.  Then we popped out to the Pinhoe Hoard for Sunday lunch as Leo had chosen that for his birthday treat.  He is 16 tomorrow so we were celebrating a day early.

I had a lovely roast dinner and Leo chomped his way through a massive burger and some fries. Then he followed that up with a melting chocolate dome brownie with toffee sauce. 

Once we were home I watched some episodes of Morse and blew up some balloons to adorn Leo’s pressies ready for the morning.  

He is fancying pizza as a treat tomorrow and has chosen a nice chocolate malteser cake for his birthday cake - so there will be lots of indulgent eating going on tomorrow.

We also need to pack a few things tomorrow as Leo and I are going to Portsmouth for a couple of days with Ian next week.  Whilst he is working we will be exploring. It’ll be a 5am start on Tuesday so we will need to allow some packing time around the birthday celebrations.
