Golden Beach

Golden Beach is a community on the south side of the Patuxent River, in Mechanicsville, Maryland. It is one of those golf-cart communities that are so common around here. This view of the dock near their community beach is iconic in southern Maryland, especially with the osprey nest in the water (right side of the photo.)
We were doing errands in Charlotte Hall and dropped down to Golden Beach for a blip. We were expecting thunderstorms this evening, but they didn't show up.
