The Regime Begins

My new life has commenced today. I do have one more concert in 3 weeks - Handel's Theodora - but I'm not stressed about it, although I do have to learn it! The main focus of my activities now is to do something about my appalling lack of fitness and vitality. First step was a gentle 8 k ride on my trusty treadly this afternoon. My legs feel like jelly now. Looks like it's going to be a long path ahead to fitness and well being, but I am looking forward to it immensely.
