Trip trap, trip trap!

The highlight of the school trip for many of the children was feeding the goats. And then acting out The Three Billy Goats Gruff at lunchtime, trip-trapping over a bridge and taking it in turns to be the scary troll.

I am always pretty apprehensive before school trips as you never know what might happen, especially when parent volunteers are watching your every move! But today was a huge success. Pond-dipping, log-lifting, den-building and just being outdoors all day...it makes me want to work in a Forest School!
