Spring is on its way…

This stunning Wattle tree was mainly in bud a week ago. It is beside the Taylor Rive bank and next to a nearby track.. Maisie and I walked a little later this morning. We walked up the true left bank of the river past the. RSA Olive Grove and to the stepping stones at the washed out Omaka Ford. Luckily I was able to get across the river without getting my gumboots full of water.,
This afternoon I picked up Dawn and we heeded off the the new library for a quick lunch in the library cafe area.
