Reporting

I wonder if this qualifies for relief under the abnormal course conditions rule? A lift and drop perhaps? And I'm not sure the pilot reported to the starter's office either...


Unfortunately there was a much more serious reason for it landing here other than an opportunity for me to take a photo and attempt to make a joke out of it.
