The old railway station site

You may have noticed that I might have a very slight fixation with the railway history of my village.  This image was taken from the site of the old railway station, or I should say above it.  Some of the old station survives, the goods shed and the former telephone exchange.  Even part of the platform survives at the back of the house where the station building used to be.  On a closer look you might see some of the buildings in the village I have featured before.  The extra image gives a better over all view from higher up.
